“THE IMAGES YOU TOOK FOR US WITH MISSION RABIES HAVE BEEN ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL TOOLS THAT HAS BUILT THE ENTIRE CHARITY”

LONDON CHARITY, NGO AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTARY PHOTOGRAPHER

In my many years of travelling and photographing this beautiful planet I’ve always been drawn to the many social, environmental and political challenges we face, and inspired by people that have dedicated their life to making a difference. These many narratives have always been fascinating to me. They led me to pursue a first-class honours degree in human geography, work in the rainforests of Costa Rica and travel the world.

I became a photographer to use imagery to tell a story about a place and its people, as a tool to educate and a means to inspire.

What I do:

Not-for-profits, NGO and charities – creating powerful, inspiring and culturally sensitive imagery that communicates the result of the financial, effort and emotional investment you make in your projects. I’ve worked with multiple charities based in the UK and overseas covering a range of incredible causes. I’ve been lucky enough to document the public health and animal welfare work of both Dogs Trust Worldwide in India, Bosnia, Thaland, Malawi and Sri Lanka and also Dogs Trust in the UK, covering topics as broad as support for the survivors of domestic abuse and the homeless. Other significant recent work includes a multi-day commission for MND Scotland, with the imagery forming the basis for a wholesale rebrand.

Travel – I am available for commissions in the UK and worldwide to shoot and write on topics of interest for the online and written press. I have visited over 50 countries, lived in the Central American jungle, bush-camped and 4WD across the Australian desert, run marathons, competed in triathlons, love to ski, surf, dive and trek. As a result there aren’t many briefs I can’t fulfil whether that involves reviewing a hotel in Cuba, trekking high in the Himalaya, or scuba diving in the Red Sea.

Expedition and field trips – whether you are an organisation undertaking a project or field-trip overseas, a group organising an expeditions, or a charity running a fund-raising trips for volunteers, I can offer bespoke photography packages to document the work you are doing.

Accolades include being a finalist in the National Geographic Traveller photography competition and having my charity work featured in the online edition of National Geographic. My travel photography has been highly commended by the Society of Travel & Tourism photographers and photojournalism featured by multiple news outlets in the UK.
