“We love them!”
Without fail the Southbank area of London along the river Thames is a popular destination for my pre-wedding and engagement photography sessions. With the landmarks of London stretched out along the river it’s a beautiful and impressive part of the city I call home.
The challenge with shooting any location more than once is looking at it in a fresh way that also matches the vibe of the couple, seasons and weather. So when I met with Sarah & Chris, just a few weeks before their wedding at the Dovecote Barn, I was keen to explore some new spots, not least to avoid the tourist crowds that flock to London in August.
Having dodged some torrential storms we had a great time chasing the slivers of sun slicing through the sky scrapers and found some grittier locations around the arches of London Bridge Station.
